Inertial filters with stamped blades

Designed for rooftop or façade installation on industrial or technical buildings, INER ST filters are suitable for outdoor air intakes in production environments.

Perfect for ventilation systems in dusty areas, they ensure air quality and protect downstream equipment.

INER ST inertial filters are static mechanical devices designed to remove dust and sand from incoming airflows, ideal for industrial environments with high particulate levels. They operate based on the principle of inertia, redirecting airflow while solid particles continue on a straight path and are collected without using traditional clogging filter media.

Air is channeled through a dihedral structure consisting of:

  • two lateral walls with shaped slots,

  • a sloped rear wall acting as a dust collection hopper,

  • an open bottom directly connected to the dust extraction fan.

As air exits through the slots, it must change direction. Dust particles, unable to follow the curve, impact the rear wall and are collected and extracted efficiently.

The filter performs effectively at a 250 Pa pressure drop, tested with Fine Dust. Each inertial cell comes in five modular sizes, handling nominal airflow rates from 2,600 to 13,000 m³/h, ensuring scalability and flexibility for different plant setups.

Single or multi-cell configurations are housed in a metal casing equipped with a directional discharge hopper connectable to an extraction fan.
