SagiCofim S.p.A. is pleased to announce that it has entered into a strategic agreement with Systemair AB, a leading Swedish ventilation group, whose shares have been quoted on the Large Cap List of the Nasdaq OMX Nordic Exchange in Stockholm since 2007. Systemair acquires 100% of SagiCofim and the shareholdings of Effe.bi. and SagiCofim SAS.<\/p>\n
The transaction will be formally finalised upon clearance by the Italian government under the “golden power” regulation, expected by the end of May 2022.<\/p>\n
SagiCofim will continue its business activities in the filtration, air conditioning and engineered systems sectors (HVAC), integrating and expanding the mutual product offering. SagiCofim\u2019s management will continue to lead the company by pursuing an ambitious business plan that includes investments in buildings and production lines for an effective growth of the company’s organisational structure.<\/p>\n
Thanks to the valuable synergy with the Systemair group, which has operations in 54 countries in Europe, North America, South America, Middle East, Asia, Australia and Africa and includes the Frico, Fantech and Menerga brands, SagiCofim will be able to develop its potential and further expand its position in the Italian and International markets.
